Assassin's Creed II

One of the most highly anticipated games of the year came out yesterday. Our favorite blade welding assassin is back and badder than ever! What's changed? Well, Desmond is Italiano now, hopefully one of those casonova's who hangs out in hidden bathe houses with a Mona Lisa. LMAO! What's really great about this game is the awesome storyline, and the beautifully done design. The cities you explore are so realistic. You have Florence, Venice, among other notables in Italy all fully detailed to precision. This game is a must buy, however, for those of you that need a bit of assurance, check out Gamespot's review below.

Sexy Geek Anyone?

Olivia makes me proud to be a sexy gurly geek. She's every console clawing, pocket protector wearing geek's wet dream girl. What's not to love? Now this chic geek is forming her very own magazine called, "Hey Olivia!" Don't wet your pants just yet, Olivia is also letting you, her horny fans, choose her in magazine poster. Check out this video, sponsored by the great people of G4TV, for all the details.

Wet video game chick

I was totally hyped on this game 2 years ago. I saw this ultra cool chick and thought, "she's my hero!" Boy was I wrong about this game! It definitely had the makings of being something great, but that idea was short lived. While its probably fun to play, you'll get bored with the repetitive style, and uninspiring creativity of the storyline. It's a renter at best.

Mass Effect 2 Character Reveal - Subject Zero

Mass Effect 2
Okay, so it been a while since my last confession. What can I say, I'm a bad Catholic, if I was Catholic. Here's 3 hail Mary's and one kick ass chick called, Subject Zero. This is a first look, sponsored by the great people of Gamespot. It's a remedial video, meaning bad voice overs with an awesome look at video gameplay graphics. What more could they give us, right? She's sexy, foul-mouth, and probably optional in the game play itself, but we likey! I approve, for now, Bioware, but here's a tip, I hope the real voice overs are better than this video.

All I Want For Christmas . . . . . .

I wish I was a kid again, for only one simple reason, I would request 3 video games for my mom and dad to have under the Christmas tree. Probably more than 3 but unforturnately, my mom would only buy me 3. Now she won't buy me anything. Enjoy it now kiddies because once you're in your twenties, mom and dad won't buy you a damn thing unless its for College.

There are so many new games I have still yet to buy. I want Gears 2, Fall Out 3, NBA2K9, Mirrors Edge, Prince of Persia, Dead Space. . . . the list could go on and on. This was a great year for the video games industry. According to the news, its the only recession proof industry alive today. Think about it, when you lose your job, you need something to pass the time, why not play video games until you find your next gig. LMAO!

Unfortunatly, if you're broke, like me, you make a wish list of the games you want but can't afford to buy. So to anyone out there, feel free to add to this wish list, if you're broke too, or if you want to send me any game on my list, why not? It'll be your good deed for the year. :)

PC Games Savior? WOW: Wrath Of The Lich King

There's a huge following when it comes to console games, simply because they have the coolest games,(sorry I'm a bit biased) a larger selection of games, and media giants to back. But the PC gaming industry is still alive, however, it takes a special game to accumulate the hype and excitement that most big console titles gain automatically. Blizzard's World of Warcraft is that game. Gamers camped out over night at Fry's in California since Tuesday of last week to be the first to get the game. Blizzard's staff of developers were greeted like rock stars, signing thousands of autographs. All this for WOW? Wow indeed! When Blizzard announced the first hero class for World of Warcraft back at its 2007 BlizzCon, many people were excited to see what it had to offer. When the beta for Wrath of the Lich King was released, many clamored to see how the Death Knight felt, but this resulted in mixed reactions, though there were sure to be many tweaks made to the class before the expansion was released. The reviews this week suggests it a home run for Blizzard with most critics giving the game a 9.0 rating. I'm no PC gamer but you can't help but wonder what's all the hype about. I know its one of those games that sucks the life right out of you, meaning you become a drone glued to your computer for over 40 hours a week. I have a 40 hour job, and that's enough, but for you PC gamers out there enjoy your glory til Resident Evil 5 is released or the newest version of Halo.

It's A New Day!

The sky is beautiful. The flowers smell like perfume. The birds sing melodies in pitches I've never noticed til now. It is a new day! Today and for the next 4, hopefully 8 years, there will be an amazing change in America. Barack Obama is our first black President! We have overcome so much to get to where we are in America today, where a black man has the opportunity to be President. I am proud of America, and I'm proud to be an American. So many countries look up to us as leaders of the free world, and now they truly can say that we lead progressive societies across the world at implementing social change in our society and government. I hope this change will be adopted throughout the world, concerning racism, social injustice, inequality, and sexism.
